Placing and Tracking Orders
We now offer a wide range of rabbitmoon items for purchase through our online boutique. Ordering through our web site is easy and secure. Find products by browsing through the selections at the top of any page (Girl, Boy, or Gifts), select the item you like, choose the size and quantity, and click Add to Bag. When you are finished shopping, click on the Checkout button at the top right of any page. You can always see what's in your cart (and make changes to it) by clicking on the Shopping Bag button.
In order to ensure that your transaction is secure and that your payment information is protected, rabbitmoon cannot accept order requests by e-mail, fax, or postal mail. However, if you would like additional assistance placing an order through our online boutique, please call us at 800.215.4229. One of our Customer Care representatives would be happy to assist you through the process of ordering via our website, or simply take your order over the phone. We're here every Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm PST.
If you can't find what you are looking for at our online boutique — or if you'd like to check out our children's clothing in person before you buy — we encourage you to visit one of rabbitmoon's many premier store retailers across the U.S. Our Store Finder will help you find the nearest premier store retailer to your home.
Order Tracking
You'll receive two e-mails after you have placed your order:
- The first will confirm that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Tracking & History page); this e-mail will arrive within about 24 hours.
- The second will confirm that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the Order Tracking & History page link provided in the e-mail.
You can check the status of your rabbitmoon order(s) at any time by clicking on the Order Tracking & History page in My Account. If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details. If you have more than one order outstanding, when you go to the Order Tracking & History page, you will see all of your orders from the past. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.
On the Order Tracking & History page, you'll see the following items: order number, order date, ship date, tracking number, shipping address, shipping method, payment details, gift wrap details, and any return or exchange information. If you click "shipment status", you'll also see the current status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service for your package.
Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages in order to expedite your shipment. In such cases, we'll provide one master tracking number that includes all information for all packages.
Change in Order Status
Once in a while, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by e-mail immediately. Sometimes, an item is out of stock permanently, in which case we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping, or handling charges.
Wholesale Information
For our premier store retailers, we offer online wholesale browsing. Current retailers can log in to our website and preview this season's entire collection by creating a username and password. If you are a premier store retailer and would like to create a username, visit our Wholesale Inquiries page.
If you are interested in becoming a rabbitmoon premier store retailer, please visit our Wholesale Inquiries page to find a link to the application form where you can fill out your name, company name, and e-mail address. Upon submitting your information, a rabbitmoon Corporate Sales Representative will contact you as soon as possible. Prices
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
Accepted forms of payment
Rabbitmoon requires payment with a credit card. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard and debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. Credit cards must be issued in the U.S. We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment for online or phone transactions.
Credit Card Authorization
When you place an order, rabbitmoon will authorize your credit card in order to ensure that the funds are available. Sometimes this authorization will show up as a charge on your account and the order amount will be placed "on hold" temporarily. Rest assured that rabbitmoon will not charge your credit card until we actually ship your order. If you cancel an order immediately after placing it (by calling us right away during our business hours), the hold on the funds will be released and the charge will disappear. It may take up to a week for the hold to be released, due to bank policy. (See our Returns & Exchanges page for information about order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.)
Gift Services
If your rabbitmoon online purchase is a gift, we offer two gift wrapping options:
- We can gift wrap your purchase for you with our signature rabbitmoon gift wrap and personalized handwritten gift card. Gift wrap and card are an additional $5 charge.
- We can ship our custom rabbitmoon gift wrap to you for an additional $4 charge, so that you can wrap your gift personally.

Missing/Damaged Merchandise
We make every effort to ship items in perfect condition and just as you ordered them. However, in the event that you receive an order with missing or damaged merchandise, please contact us so that we can assist you right away.
