Rabbitmoon's unique and modern kids' clothing integrates comfort and ease with a simple blend of innovation and style. Our collection of easy-to-match separates consists of one-pieces, jumpsuits, tracksuits, dresses, jumpers, tunics, pants, skirts, overalls, denim jeans, leggings, tights and footless tights, tiered tops, shirts, sweaters, graphic tees, hoodies, beanies, and sweater hats for boys, girls, and babies.

Each rabbitmoon item is made from the finest soft cotton fabrics (created in-house by our talented team of designers and manufacturers) so that every piece meets the strictest demands for quality, comfort, and durability. Our stylish wash-and-wear clothing is meant to be worn again and again. With our meticulous attention to detail, modern colors, durable fabrics, and creative graphics, our "mix it up" items can be easily coordinated into outfits to suit any growing personality. What does "mix it up" mean?

What sizes does rabbitmoon carry?

Rabbitmoon makes clothes for girls and boys, newborn through age 4. If you have a question about the sizing of a particular item, browse our Online Boutique or contact us.

Do your clothes run big or small?

Rabbitmoon clothing tends to run about the same size or smaller than most children's clothing. To be extra sure, always use our Size Chart to determine the right size for any item. You can always call one of our Customer Care representatives at 888.644.2399 to help you determine the correct size.

Is there a rabbitmoon catalog?

Because we are constantly designing and offering new mix and match items, we do not produce a printed catalog that features every single style we make. We invite you to browse our Online Boutique to view a wide selection of our current kids' clothes and shop directly from our website. You can also sign up to receive the Rabbit News, and you will be notified periodically by e-mail about our latest designs and special offers.

Can I order directly from rabbitmoon?

Yes! You can now buy a wide range of rabbitmoon children's clothing directly through our Online Boutique. To browse, choose from the options at the top of each page: Girl, Boy, or Gifts. If you don't see what you are looking for on our website, please check back soon. We add new items to our Online Boutique regularly. We encourage you to sign up for our Rabbit News to find out about things we're over the moon about, including new items for sale on the rabbitmoon site.

The rabbitmoon retailer in my area does not carry a specific style/size that I am looking for. How can I find it?

First, check our Online Boutique. We sell a wide range of rabbitmoon clothing here, and we are constantly adding new options and outfits. If you still don't see the style or size you are looking for, you may be able to find the item in person at of one our premier store retailers across the U.S. Use our Store Finder to locate alternative retailers near you. Still unsure? Contact us and we will do our very best to help you find exactly what you're looking for.

Do you sell the same items online as I can buy in local retail stores?

The rabbitmoon Online Boutique offers a wide selection of children's clothing on our website. We are constantly introducing new items, so we encourage you to check back frequently. While our Online Boutique is the most comprehensive source for rabbitmoon kids' clothing, you may find items at our premier store retailers that we do not currently offer on our website.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Of course! We are happy to gift wrap your items for you. During the checkout process, you will be asked if you want your purchase gift wrapped. Rabbitmoon signature gift wrap includes a personalized handwritten gift note for only $5, or we can send you a kit—including a gift box, tissue paper, ribbon, sealing sticker, and a blank gift card—so that you can personally gift wrap your purchase yourself. We always include a miniature rabbitmoon "thank you" note with every gift purchase.

Can I return a gift purchased through your web site?

Rabbitmoon is happy to process a return or exchange on an item purchased as a gift through our Online Boutique, as long as the item is still in its original packaging and has not been worn or washed. Rabbitmoon items purchased from our Online Boutique must be returned with their original tags and packaging. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for our return policy and specific information on how to make a return.

Can I return an item I purchased through a retail store?

Unfortunately, rabbitmoon cannot accept returns for items purchased through an independent retail store. If you purchased an item from one of our premier store retailers, you should contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard, including debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Rabbitmoon is required by law to charge sales or use tax in any state in which it has a physical presence. Because rabbitmoon is a fully owned subsidiary of C.K. Enterprises and has a physical presence in California, we charge the standard California sales tax, which includes gift wrap and shipping, on all online orders delivered within California. For information and current California state tax rates, see the State Board of Equalization's website. We are also obligated to collect sales tax on our shipments delivered within Washington State, which includes gift wrap and shipping. The actual tax rate applied to your purchase is based on the destination of the order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped. Is it safe for me to use my credit card to place an order through your website?

Rabbitmoon takes every precaution and abides by all state and federal laws to ensure that credit card transactions through our Online Boutique are absolutely safe and secure. When you enter your credit card information through our Online Boutique, it is immediately encrypted (using industry standard SSL—secure socket layer—encryption). SSL encryption ensures that your credit card and personal information are transmitted to us in a way that no third party can decipher. We never store your credit card information on our servers, and we use the industry's premier payment gateway, Authorize.net, to process all payments. Rabbitmoon is committed to protecting your valuable information while giving you peace of mind while shopping on our site.

How do you ship?

We offer the following shipping options: Ground, 3-day, 2-day, overnight (with an optional surcharge for Saturday delivery), or USPS Express (for APO and FPO shipping addresses only). Please see our Shipping Page for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, rabbitmoon only ships to addresses within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO and FPO boxes. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

How long should I expect my order to take?

We process all orders within 24 business hours. This means that we will package and ship your purchase within one business day from the time you place your order. The type of delivery you choose will then determine how long the order takes to reach you. Please see our Shipping Page for more information about shipping.

How can I track my order?

To track your package, sign in to your account. In "My Account" you will see your "Order History & Tracking" listed by date and order number. Click on the corresponding order number. This lets you browse your order history and track the status of any of your orders. Tracking is real-time and will show information provided by the carrier. Can I see your CPSIA reports?

All of rabbitmoon's items are compliant with all applicable rules, bans, regulations, and standards under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and any other act enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Is my child eligible to become a rabbitmoon model?

A few times a year, rabbitmoon holds a local casting call in the San Francisco Bay Area. While we wish we could use every child, we can only choose a few models to represent rabbitmoon. If you believe that your child could be our next rabbitmoon model, and you would like to receive information about our next casting call, please sign up for our Rabbit News, and you will be added to our e-mail list to receive occasional e-mail messages from rabbitmoon, including information about our upcoming auditions, dates and locations.

How do I use and redeem my promotion code?

Every so often we offer special promotional codes that may be redeemed online. The primary way to receive rabbitmoon’s exclusive offers is to sign up for our Rabbit News mailing list by clicking here.

Step 1: Make your selections in your shopping bag on the rabbitmoon site and go to checkout.

Step 2: On the “Payment” page during the checkout process, enter the promotion code in the “Promotion Code” text code box. Codes are not case sensitive.

Step 3: Click the “Continue Checkout” button.

Step 4: Your promotion code will automatically be applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total.

The following restrictions apply:

1. You must place your order during the specified promotion period.
2. Offers are only valid for online purchases.
3. Percent off offers do not apply to shipping charges or taxes.
